Absolute Dental and UNLV have teamed up together to help provide free dental care to underprivileged children in Nevada with no access to proper dental care. Leading this project is Dr. Patricia Prada, Nevada’s first female board-certified pediatric dentist. Absolute Dental has donated $100,000 to UNLV and is volunteering time to mentor and train dental students while serving underprivileged children in Las Vegas.
“I became a pediatric dentist in 1993 and taught young, aspiring dentists at NYU for several years to treat children. This partnership helps get treatment to children that likely would not get care except at the UNLV Absolute Dental Saturday Morning Children’s Clinic. My dream has become a reality. We are looking forward for more supporters of the pediatric dental community to help better serve our underprivileged children.”
